Hythlodaeus exhales softly at that, his cheeks growing redder. He wouldn't say it right now, not to detract from the moment, but... He has been missing the kind of privacy Amaurotine garb allowed. On the first few days the sheer shock of always seeing other people openly, - and having to be just as open himself, - took up too much space in his mind for Hythlodaeus to think about it further... But now that he's gotten a little more used to it, being so exposed all the time is starting to grate on his nerves. The sight of another's face or body is meant to be something precious, treasured for its rarity, a revelation borne of trust, not... left haphazardly all over the place, as though it's mundane, as though it barely matters.
"Well now, then I would only hope that you enjoy gazing upon me as much as I do upon you," Hythlodaeus murmurs, pushing those thoughts aside. "I am a lucky man indeed, to know one of the Fourteen so intimately..."
He dips his head suddenly, close enough that his lips are almost brushing against Hades's.
"But I would also tell you that working so hard is no good for your health. Mayhap I ought to be more direct in my attempts to distract you, most eminent Emet-Selch... A mess can always be cleaned up, after all."
